Case Studies
How real service businesses use Waine to book appointments, cut no-shows, and manage their clients.
No case studies published yet
We could publish a few generic success stories with made-up numbers — plenty of sites do. We'd rather wait until we have real customer businesses, their permission, and results we can actually stand behind.
What has to be true before we publish one
A published story has to explain where the business started, what they're actually using in Waine day to day, and what changed over a specific stretch of time — and we're careful to separate what the business tells us from what we can verify ourselves.
They have to say yes first
The business owner signs off on their name, their quotes, and the numbers before any of it goes live.
A real timeframe, not a vibe
We name the exact window and the exact metric — no dressing up a correlation as a guarantee.
Numbers we'd defend if asked
Every claim is either backed by data we control, or clearly labeled as something the business reported.
Already using Waine?
If your experience is worth telling, we'd like to hear it. It's entirely up to you whether you take part, and nothing gets published until you've signed off on the exact wording.
